The other day, I visited Mr. Zaki in Hibiya, Tokyo with some friends who have a dinner together around this time every year. One year has passed since Mr. Sakurai, the head chef from Oita Prefecture, was appointed. Chef Sakurai's cooking, which I am enjoying for the first time in a year, is delivered directly from Oita every morning. Seki mackerel, Tempura, and tempura are prepared using meticulous techniques and are made with carefully selected ingredients from all over Oita Prefecture. The variety of dishes was delicious ❣️ My friend who had the dessert said he wanted to buy it as a souvenir ❣️ My friends also enjoyed it and had a great time. I would like to visit again❣️ Thank you for the meal
