ここもしばし、記憶が薄れているのですが。。ご了承ください。
ここは、2月か3月に伺っています。
お店はやはりリニューアルされたばかりで、カウンターに通されたのですが、所々仕切りが多くプライベート空間にしているのでとても落ち着きます。カウンターにはお二人の握り手がいて、店長が握ってくださいました。店長はザ・プリンスパークタワーホテル内のすし芝濱で店長をされていた方。接客も仕事も丁寧です。
ここも江戸前。
そーそー、ここは永谷園が母体で、近隣に、やはりリニューアル移転した天婦羅屋もこちらの経営。
そちらも伺っているので後ほどアップします。で、
話を戻すと。。
こちらの握り手も丁寧な仕事をします。
最初に、光物が好物というと、ネタを代えてくださいました。
最初にサラダ、ドレッシングは、甘めのたれで食欲そそりますが既成かな。。
いよいよ握りに。
鮪のづけから。。鮪自体よく熟成されたもので舌にねっとり絡みつきます。シャリは固めで酢は余り利きすぎてない程度、特徴がないシャリ、よく言えば誰もがほどほどに喜ぶしゃりにしていたと思われます。私は、ネタとの相性がよければ舎利はお任せです。。
その後、いか、ホタテと続きます。
〆物はかなり酢をしっかりと〆ていたと思います。ここは、〆物が少なくちょっと残念だったかな。
さよりとアナゴ、悪くなかったですよ。。
そしてちょこっとデザートがつき。。
これで、2000円前後だったと思われます。
女性の接客も丁寧で部屋もモダンで1人でもゆっくりと楽しめ、いいですよ、ここ。
