外の看板からは想像がつかない程明るい店内で、飾られてないるツボや絵画も華美過ぎない落ち着きのあるイメージでした。
いざ、お食事！
稚鮎の唐揚げはフワッとしていて、噛むたびに優しく解けていく！もう絶品です！
真鯛は、まわりの飾り付けのお花が下のツマを華やかに引き立てるように盛り付けられていました。
この飾り付けのお花がツマに近くて引っ掛かるところが、ちょっと。。無念！笑
私のお箸の技術が足りなかった！
真鯛も鮮度がある為、噛めば噛むほど本来の甘みが広がります！
玉子好きな私にとっての幸せターイム！
玉子が程よい甘みと舌触りで、チェーン店の寿司屋ではこうはいきません。
イクラは何よりもオススメですので、ご賞味ください！弾ける感じが堪りません！
ガリは剥がし辛かったので、ガリがお好きな方は少しお箸で解すと食べやすいかと思われます。中心部をちょいちょいっと。
全体的に薄口でシャリも小さめ、身体にも心にも優しいお味でした。ご馳走様という言葉が溢れます！！
■個人的に気になった箇所■
個室だったのですが、空調が効きすぎていて折角のお料理もゆっくりゆっくり食べていたらきっと冷めていたのではないかと。
次は家族と行こうと思います！
