鮨（寿司）激戦区のこの銀座で、特にこういうお店は
自らでは目をつけて行かないですよね。連れて来て貰いました。
５Fへ上がって扉を開けると、あ、なんか大手じゃないけど、
所謂、ご主人自身がオーナーの個人経営っぽくないお鮨屋さん。
先ずは飲み物と共に、彩り良い夏野菜の盛り合わせとダダ茶豆。
本日のお勧めから数品をチョイス。
・宮城県もまれっこ生かき：大きくクリィ~みぃ~♡
・タコの柔らか煮：上品なお味で、その名の通り柔らかい♪笑
・穴子一夜干し：普通の白焼きっぽいけど？ふっくら感が控え目？
・うま！のど黒塩焼き：部位違いで。安定感あるシットリ感と味わい。
あとは、本日の食材より、冷やしフルーツトマトはアメーラ。
万願寺も焼いて貰って鰹節＆醤油で。ホヤもガラスの器がCute♪
マグロステーキは洋風？！常連さんが、こんなの始めたの？！
と、チョッと邪道じゃない？！みたいに不満そうでしたが（苦笑ｗ
んで、お漬物の盛り合わせ出されて、まだまだツマミで行くの？
って握りたくてウズウズしてる職人さんに、光モノ好きドラミは
鯵と鰯を。それを見かねて？焼きホタテとタイラ貝が海苔と共に。
ココまでで既に焼酎を1人で何合お代わりしたのだろう？！
恐らくボトルほぼほぼ飲んでると思われ（笑ｗ
ということで、そろそろ握りタイム？！周りのお客さんが回転してる中、
２時間半近く居座ったことになりますからねぇ～
お取り置きして貰ったボタン海老は握りじゃなかった方が良かった？ｗ
頭も焼いて貰ってなんですけど。（苦笑 軍艦じゃない雲丹握り好き♡
お連れさんが頼んだキスも便乗して、アオリイカ、で生海苔のお椀で〆。
結局、殆ど握り食べてない。やはり飲み中心になっちゃイカンですね。笑
この後もう１軒飲みに行くみたいだから、ネギトロ巻きかなんかも
食べておきたかったけどぉ～お預け？！苦笑 ご馳走様でしたぁ～☆
