銀座をぶらぶらして、何か見かけたことあるなと思いつつ、当店へ。
エレベーターで上がり、ひとりなのでカウンターへ。ランチの上にぎりのコースに。
テンポはとても良かったです。カウンター二人、テーブルの二人分を同時進行。
しゃりはごはんつぶ小さくやや固め、にぎりは丁度、おひつは変えた方がいいかも。
ネタはフツーという印象でした。強いて言うなら、あなごはふわっと、タレとの相性が良かったです。あとは、巻物が鉄火で美味しかったという構成。
デザートはなくてもよいのかも。
ウニと、車エビ追加で3750円でした。左利きとみるや、置き方を変えてくれたのは好印象。
気楽といえば気楽。ランチだとわからないだけかもしれないけど、まずまずという感じ。
夜いかないとわからないというのも。難しいところ。
