1日1組限定という8杯のペアリングが付いたGINZAコースをいただきました。
個室から見える銀座の夜景とフルアテンドの焼肉。
そんな贅沢ができるお店は銀座1丁目駅を出てすぐという好立地。
まずはシャンパーニュでスタート。
そして大きな宝箱の登場。
蓋を開けるとドライアイスの煙と共に宝石の原石のようなお肉の登場。
本日いただけるお肉の塊。ここからカットされ原石は宝石へと磨かれていきます。
大好きなユッケは焼き茄子とのエクレアという珍しいスタイルで。
そして肉寿司はキャビアを贅沢にたっぷりと乗せて。
前菜で特にお気に入りは牛のお出汁が濃厚なトリュフのポトフ。
焼き物は塩とタレで。
もちろん目の前で全て焼いてくださいます♪
スペシャリテはオマール海老に和牛のヒレ肉を乗せた贅沢な一皿。
お食事は秋を感じる松茸のお蕎麦。松茸の香りで癒されます。
デザートは赤葡萄のナージュでサッパリと。
ペアリングはワインだけでなく日本酒も。
日本酒は好みのものばかりでした。
そして1番嬉しかったのがケンゾーのrindo‼
私の大好きなワイン。置いてあるお店も少ない上にボトルでないと飲めないワインを飲めるなんて最高ですね。
この日1番の嬉しさでした（笑）
