すし嘉さんのはなれ店へ行きましたが、
また本店へ行けてなかったので次回行きますw
守破離の離から経験してしまったので、
基本に戻らせてもらいます！
シャリは統一され、赤身、ヒカリモノ、全てに合わせなければいけない絶妙なあんばいのシャリです。
大将はもともと日本料理出身の方で、
つまみ料理も絶品で日本酒が進むこと間違いなし！
なんといっても大将の人柄が素敵。
以下、おすすめメニューを紹介します。
・とろ
本日のNo.1の握り。
シャリの大きさ、ネタの蕩けるような口当たりということのない味わい！
・車海老
茹で加減が絶妙で、プリッとした食感がありつつ、さらにミソの旨みもあり美味。
・鳥貝
この時期といえば鳥貝！！
トリのクチバシのようなビジュアル、水々しさがありつつシャキッとした食感で美味。
・イカ
赤酢シャリに色鮮やかに白く光るイカさん。
絶妙な塩加減と甘みのあるネタが相まって美味いです！僕はイカが大好き！
