We put all our effort into each and every item so that you can enjoy luxuriously loaded with seasonal ingredients. Although we are honest, we do not forget to have a sense of fun, and we serve all of our dishes with confidence.
Food Hospitality with the best fresh fish delivered directly from the farm
We do direct business with Gomei, a long-established fresh fish store in Akkeshi, Hokkaido, which has been in business for 100 years. One of Gomei's auctioneers will deliver the best fresh fish purchased that day directly from the site. We will assemble and serve courses as spot ingredients.
Food I want Sushi lovers to eat as much as possible.
The sushi rice, which has the same temperature as human skin, melts in your mouth, and by making it about 1/6 the normal size, even women can fill their mouths with one bite. By increasing the number of items, we designed the course so that you can eat a variety of things little by little to fill your stomach.
