１日分の野菜炒め定食、野菜マシ、ニンニク有。ご飯はおかわり可能。
野菜マシは、野菜が450gとのこと。見た目ほど多い気はせず、むしろ野菜マシというイメージからすると拍子抜け感はある。
野菜は、もやしメインのキャベツ、にんじんで、こちらも若干期待を裏切られた感じはするのだが、意外と豚肉が多いのは嬉しい誤算。
味付けは、気持ち薄めで、油っぽさもなくて健康的な味わい。別添えにあるニンニクを合わせると、食欲を程よく刺激する絶妙な味に。ご飯が進みます。
最後にお皿に残ったお汁。これが、野菜の旨味がたっぷりと出ていて絶品！思わずご飯を突っ込んでしまい、ぷち雑炊に。最高の締めだわ。
他の人のコメントを見る限りは、フードの質は安定していないのかもしれない。
休日の13:30くらいに訪問も激混み。でも、続々とお客さんが続いてくる。若干、テーブル含めて配置ミスな感じもする。
