嫁とたまには銀座でも行こうと話になりお店を探しているとこちらのお店を発見‼️
日本各地の厳選された和牛を直接仕入れているとのことでとても楽しみにしておりました
1番人気のおまかせコースを予約
OPEN時間の17:30に訪問。
店内はとても上品で高級感がありさすが銀座です
銀座でご飯を食べる機会はなかなか無いので嫁と2人で緊張していました笑
結論から申しあげます。
コースメニューはどれも美味しく大満足なのですがその中でも特に美味しいベスト3を紹介したいと思います‼️
第1位 しゃぶしゃぶ サーロイン 海老芋 京壬生菜
サーロインはとても柔らかくカツオと昆布ののあんがとろみがすごく身体に優しい味でサーロインの旨味を引き立たせてくれます
京壬生菜と一緒に食べると最高
第2位 巻物 牛昆布締め 蛤 筍 ガリ
昆布締めされた牛のもも肉 きゅうり 蛤 筍 ガリ しゃりの巻物なのですが美味しすぎました、、、
今まで食べてきた巻物の中でも圧倒的1位
全ての食材のハーモニーが最高です
とても柔らかく手で持った瞬間崩れてしまいそうなくらい柔らかく口の中に入れた瞬間にほぼ溶けてなくなります。また必ず食べたい逸品
第3位 すき焼き 牛テール 木の芽 卵黄
米沢牛のテールを6時間蒸しているのでホロホロで口の中ですぐになくなります笑
卵は最高級卵の岩手の奥久慈卵
濃厚で米沢牛のテールとの相性が抜群で最高です
ベスト3を紹介しましたが他のコースメニューも全て美味しいのでとてもおすすめのコースです
料理人の方は丁寧に1品ずつ産地や食材の説明をして頂けるのでとても勉強になりました
こちらのお店はまた必ず伺いたいお店です
