Dinner in Ginza on weekdays. We enjoyed a luxurious course of Wagyu beef and Seafood in a sophisticated space! ! This shop is located on the 7th floor of a building in Ginza 6-chome. When the elevator doors open, an elegant and sophisticated space opens up. The counter has a relaxed, modern Japanese atmosphere. I was so excited to see the food being prepared right in front of me! The staff's attentive service was wonderful, and the shop was very comfortable. We ordered: Wagyu beef and seasonal Seafood selection course for 30,800 yen - First bonito tomo sashimi - Surf clam and sea bream sashimi - Sirloin shabu shabu-shabu - Clam and wakame bowl - Beef tail fried tofu - Hairy crab and sea urchin sushi・Chateaubriand cutlet sandwich ・Rice octopus and pork udon ・Charcoal-grilled sirloin ・Sakura trout and bamboo shoot rice in clay pot ・Sakuramochi ・Handmade ice cream The dishes made with carefully selected meat and Seafood looked gorgeous and were all delicious! ! I was impressed that they were able to finish the fatty meat so elegantly! ! I was excited because the way the meat was presented and the combination of ingredients was excellent. There were many dishes that I couldn't imagine just by looking at the names, so it was fun.
