Matoi Ginza, a meat restaurant that opened in November 2022, is easily accessible from Ginza Station, and the building is beautiful and the inside of the store is gorgeous.In the center of the store, there is a 200-year-old bonsai from the long-established bonsai garden, Seikoen. A striking yet stylish appearance.A chef who has trained at high-end Japanese Cuisine restaurants both in Japan and abroad prepares orthodox Japanese dishes that incorporate seasonal ingredients and dishes of the highest quality Wagyu beef prepared using a variety of cooking methods. The lineup we started with had a wonderful and elegant taste, and it was a pleasant time. The lineup of bottles lined up in the custom-built wine cellar that can hold 400 bottles is amazing, and the pairing sense of wine and sake is also excellent, especially Tenmei's hard-to-find limited edition sake that is sold once every four years during leap years. It was delicious, so I looked it up online and found a store that had the last bottle left, so I bought it immediately and it was sold out.
