平日の夜に予約して訪問。黒い外観はおしゃれなBARにも見えるかも。お店の中は高級感のある内装です。案内していただいた個室のお部屋はビンテージ調の内装で焼肉屋さんとは思えない、銀座らしいとても素敵な空間です。ワイナリーのような雰囲気もあったので今回はオススメワインをいただきました。個室にあるミネラルウォーターは新潟の天然水を使用しているようでお部屋の中に瓶で置いてあり好きなときにいただけます。細かいこだわりが嬉しいです。
前菜として瓶詰めのキャビアをたっぷり堪能できる本マグロのタルタルからスタート。見た目も豪華で幸福感溢れました！その後もデザートとも思わせるフォアグラのプリンをクロワッサンと一緒にいただいたり、雲丹いくらと和牛のユッケを堪能。
お肉は仙台牛のタンやハラミ、タレではリブロースやミスジをいただきました。
遊び心のあるオリジナルの箱に入ったシャトーブリアンサンドもいただき、最後の黒毛和牛のひつまぶしは新潟コシヒカリとミネラルウォーターで使用している新潟の天然水で炊いたお米を使用しているそう。ランチで使っているものとお肉の部位が違うそうです。
デザートは店名が刻印されたマカロン。
和牛フレンチのようなフルコースで、素晴らしい空間とお料理でとても素敵な時間を過ごすことができました。またお伺いします！
