エレベーターを降りると目の前にはガラス張りのワインセラーが。
フランスワインやシャンパーニュが、ワインラバーには堪らないセラーです。
店内は目の前がオープンキッチン
カウンター席を案内していただきました。
臨場感が伝わってきて、とても期待が高まります。
席に着きますとシェフのご挨拶が
上野宗士シェフは2002年に渡欧。
本場パリで研鑽を重ね、5つ星ホテルのレストランに従事。

謎解きの様なメニューかからはじまります。
「ミニョンズ現る」
mignon（ミニョン）はフランス語で「かわいい」「可憐な」を意味した前菜。
「肩にとってもいい感じ」
季節の山菜ウドをペースト状にしたものに下にはつぶ貝、雲丹、ウドの刻んだもの、上には木の芽が散らしてあります。
「銀座」
ジャージー牛の濃厚な生クリームと銀箔の上にたっぷりオシェトラキャビアをたっぷりと。
合わせるのは世界最高峰として認められるシャンパーニュ「KRUG」
カウンターでいただくフランス料理なのでテーブル席よりも緊張しにくいと思います。テーブル席も個室となっていますのでプライベートな空間で使いやすそう。
上野シェフもソムリエの方のホスピタリティも素晴らしく、とても居心地が良い空間でした。
「DESTINA」は、イタリア語で運命を意味する「Destino」に“たったひとつ”の愛という意味を込めた「a」をプラスして生まれた言葉。
