Visited on a weekday night, and there were about 3 groups of customers in the store. They are limiting the number of reservations they can take. We were seated at the counter right in front of the chef and enjoyed watching the chef prepare the food. It's a fully open kitchen, but the fire source is IH! (So it doesn't really matter...) All the plates were beautifully arranged, and it didn't seem like anything fancy, just the image of being served the standard classic. It was also interesting that Fugetsudo offers Japanese-style sweets.

As we operate restaurant with a small number of staff, we only accept phone inquiries between 15:00 and 18:00. We appreciate your understanding. Second visit. This time it's a Christmas course, so the ingredients are very luxurious! In addition to the signature pâté en croute, we also had Rossini pie wraps and lobster, all of which made us feel happy on the special day. Since I was seated at the counter, I was able to not only watch the chef's actions, but also enjoy conversation, which was a wonderful experience. There are private rooms and tables, but the counter is highly recommended. Pairing wine and cocktails come with the meal, but all served at dessert are cocktails. Since the dessert is sweet, I personally would prefer coffee as a pairing drink rather than a sweet cocktail. Bitter smile: The cocktail itself is delicious, so I guess it's just a matter of taste... We had a wonderful time, including conversations with the chef and sommelier. The ingredients change every day, so it looks like you'll have a good time each time you go.
