現代茶寮 銀座風月堂さんに伺わせていただきました。
最近、周りのグルメな方々からの評判も良く、楽しみに伺わせて頂きました。
銀座風月堂ビルにあり、隣が割烹が入っているそうです。
シェフとサービス、バーテンダー経験のあるソムリエとの三名体制です。
シェフは26歳という若さ。
しかし経験は、フランスのフランス料理レストラン、ルスープトニク、ロオジエとクラシカルからモダンまで経験が豊富にあります。
お料理は正統派クラシカルフレンチをベースにシェフのオリジナルな視点が入っています。
ソースも素晴らしく、食べた瞬間にシェフの腕の素晴らしさと才能を感じました。
バーテンダー経験のあるソムリエの方が作るノンアルコールペアリングもまた、こだわり抜かれており、お料理との相性も抜群で完成度がとても高いと私は思いました！
クラシカルフレンチが好きな私としては、まさに好みドンピシャでした！
いや〜まだ26歳という若さですが、一体これからどうなっちゃうんだろう。
シェフもハニカミながら、とても謙虚でらっしゃりお料理にもまっすぐで誠実なお人柄が伝わってきました！
これからの飛躍が更に楽しみです♪
