特上仕様、固め。並ごはん。金曜20:00頃で5人待ちだったが、後ろには1人も並ばず。特上仕様はお得だけどチャーシューが多すぎるから、次からはのり玉ネギでよい。
煮干しと貝の醤油ラーメンを頂きました。満足ですが、貝の風味をもう少し期待したい
トッピングには味玉とほうれん草。美味でした
トッピングが少々高めに感じましたが、銀座ということで。
家系ラーメンを上品に、というコンセプトは理解できるが、家系をウリにするチェーン店なども相当増えてコモディティ化が激しい領域なので、もっと差別化しないと難しいと感じた
