[shabu shabu] is a dish of extremely fresh, top-quality Kuroge Wagyu beef that is quickly soaked in hot water before being eaten. The water used is [natural carbonated water] from Oita Prefecture. The mineral-rich carbonated water makes the meat more tender and brings out the maximum flavor of the ingredients. The sauces include a creamy ``sesame sauce'' that is not harsh, and a ``ponzu sauce'' that is less sour. There are six types of salt carefully selected from Japan and overseas, as well as a wide variety of condiments, so you can enjoy different flavors.
