銀座シックス6階に4/15オープンしたばかりのITAMAE SUSHI-PRIMEに行きました。
予約していたので大丈夫でしたが、お店の前にはかなりの外人の方々並んでいました。
あん肝、菜の花と帆立がまず出ました。
刺身で真鯛、イサキ、トロに続き本鮪トロの串焼き。
お刺身の美味しさは勿論の事、串焼きにした外はカリッと香ばしくそして中は柔らかい本鮪美味しい。
桜エビとそら豆のかき揚げはサックサクで軽い、美味しい。ホタルイカが入った茶碗蒸しは初めてでしたが、ホタルイカとやわらかい出汁が美味しい玉子と合わせていただくととても美味しかったです。
握りは九貫、全部美味しかったですが、平目の昆布締めと黒ムツの昆布締めが特に美味しかったです。
巻物は鉄火巻き、そして玉子。
最後のあら汁はこれでもかと言うくらいの魚から出た出汁が本当に美味しかったです。
ソファ席も４人がけが２つあり、赤ちゃん連れの方がお寿司を楽しんでいました。
子供連れで気軽に来られるところもいいですね。
