We offer "Edomae Sushi" that mainly uses wild fish caught in Tokyo Bay. We carefully select only the freshest fish that our experienced connoisseurs deem to be "definitely delicious," and purchase them every morning. The wild bluefin tuna from Ishitsukasa, a wholesaler that has been in business for 80 years, delivered directly from Toyosu, is particularly delicious. You can enjoy the original flavor of the tuna, which is different from the farmed tuna that is commonly available. Experience authentic Edomae Sushi made with the skill of our artisans and the excitement that can only be experienced in Japan, right here in Ginza.

Enjoy dishes that make the most of seasonal ingredients with the "OMAKASE Course." We offer a variety of exquisite dishes that allow you to fully experience the craftsmanship of Edomae sushi, including yushio (hot-simmered), broiled, boiled, pickled, kombu-jime (marinated with kelp), vinegar-jime (marinated with vinegar), and shio-jime (marinated with salt). We use fresh fish, mainly from Tokyo Bay, for our nigiri sushi, and seasonal ingredients sourced from all over Japan for our side dishes and chawanmushi (steamed egg custard). Our Kuroge Wagyu Sushi, thinly sliced wagyu beef sushi seared in a sweet sauce, is also popular. Enjoy the four seasons of Japan and the craftsmanship of our masters to your heart's content.
