デートから接待ご飯まで
色んなご飯屋さんに行く機会が多いです
クリスマスディナーを頂きました。
高級食材がこれでもかと使われております。
去年の来店のためいただいたものは覚えていませんが、写真に全てあります。
空間からおもてなしも込みでの価格としても、
日本料理を楽しみたい外国人にかなりウケるのではと感じました。
もちろん美味しいけれど、何か味が足りない。旨味が足りない、みたいなお料理が多かったです。
和食はかなり行きますが、
山本氏がいらっしゃる日に伺い楽しみにしてましたが、もっと驚きとハッとする美味しさ、満足感があるものを期待してしまいました。
いい経験でした。
