雰囲気、サービス、お料理、お酒、全てにおいて感動と過去最高水準。今回、冬物語でトラフグのフルコース。フグだけでこれだけのバリエーション、品数、包丁裁きを駆使して、歯応え、舌触り、風味、全く飽きさせず感動を与え続けるのはすごい。
コスパは個人の見解が分かれるかな。感動への対価としてはありだともいえるが、食事のコスパは?そもそもコスパという単語で評価すべきお店ではない。お酒もペアリングで1人7万円!1980年代のビンテージワインはさすがの美味しさ。トータル4時間近い時間、全く間延びせず、楽しめたのはやはりコスパ、タイパ抜群というべきだろうか。個々の料理の味は稚拙な表現では失礼なので写真で感じていただければ。
