頼んだのは刺し身と煮物で2200円。
昼の会席料理約1万円まであり、ランチタイムながらかなり選択肢は広い。
その為、頼んでもすぐに調理されて出てこないので、少し時間に余裕が必要です。
本日の刺し身はカンパチ、煮物は里芋の餡掛け。
正直カンパチも里芋もあまり…と思っていましたがこれがナカナカ侮れないものでした。
まずカンパチはやや薄めながら、アサツキともみじおろしと共にポン酢でさっぱりと頂くわけだが…んん？これは天然ものですね？養殖の脂臭さは全くなく、さっぱりとしつつも上品な旨みと弾力が心地よい。
里芋の餡掛けに使用されている里芋は親芋サイズ。
ねっとりとした舌触りにきのこと湯葉の優しい味付けで里芋の味を活かしてます。
香の物のぬか漬けきゅうりも名脇役。
ご飯も味噌汁も美味しい。
食後の柑橘類ははまさきみかんでしょうか？甘くて良い感じでした。
どれもちゃんと仕事がされて満足感高いです。
客層は常連さんが多いようで比較的アットホーム感あるんじゃないかと。
店内の装飾等も華美ではなく落ち着いてます。
ただ味付けが全般的に優しいので、ターゲット層は40歳以上って感じはします。
若い人や男性だとも～少し脂が欲しくなるのでは？と。
季節変えてまた行きたいです。
