松竹梅とあったら、折角だしと迷わずに松を選ぶ。
銀座 三亀の昼は、焼物、煮物、刺身から一品、二品、三品と腹具合で選べる。
一回の食事に妥協を許さない（？）私は迷わず三品を選ぶ。
この日はカレイの一夜干し、筍と蕗の煮物、ヒラメの刺身。
旬の素材を活かした丁寧な仕事の三品はどれも季節を感じさせる洗練された味わいで体が喜ぶ。
