銀座で行ってみたいランチリストにいれてたこちら。
東銀座の熊さわと迷いましたが今日はこちらへ。
1148到着で先客3組
ゆったりとした雰囲気。
ランチは刺身、焼物、煮物という３つを
１品、２品、３品と選ぶランチ。
刺身はこち、焼物は鮭の塩焼き、煮物はなすのそぼろあんかけと
最初に説明され私は３品お選びにしました。2850円。
とりあえず暑いので
瓶ビール中瓶を。
周りは飲む方は少ない感じ。
すぐに切り干し大根が提供されました。
これがまた良い味付け
お出汁と甘みのバランスが良く
おつまみとして。
■刺身こち
もみじおろしで
■焼き物鮭塩焼き
ふっくら焼き上げられてる
ここまで結構すぐに出てきて
ビールとともにちびちびと。
ご飯は後にしますねーと。
■煮物茄子のそぼろあんかけ
お上品なあじわい
かつ茄子は甘くてそこにコクのあるあんかけ
これもうまし
ビールとおかずをしばし堪能してから食事をお願いしました。
ご飯は硬めの程よい炊きあがり
お漬物は胡瓜と青菜
お味噌汁は大根
1215には満席
1220に最初の方がでられて新しい方が来られたので
このあとは待つ感じ。
接客も感じ良く
ご飯食べ終わってふーとなってたタイミングでデザート
気になったのは人によって言われるメニューが違うということ
お刺身も私はこちでしたが、私の後の方はこちとかんぱちから選べる感じで
そのあと来られた方はまたこちだったので不明です。
ビールとランチで3950円
銀座ランチでこの雰囲気とお料理でこのお値段は
なかなか良いですな。
