平日ランチで三亀さんを訪問してきました。
場所は銀座駅徒歩5分。
老舗の割烹料理屋さん。
12時に訪問しテーブル席に案内してもらいました。
清掃が行き届いた店内と、和の趣があって落ち着く空間。
テーブル席が広めなのも嬉しいですね。
三亀さんのランチはおかずの品数でお値段が変わります。
一品1,550円
二品2,200円
三品2,750円
すべてに御飯、味噌汁、小鉢、香物、果物がついています。
今回は、三品 2,850円をオーダー。
お刺身→かんぱち刺
焼き物→焼鮭
煮物→茄子とひき肉あんかけ
10分ちょいで提供されました。
これぞ銀座のランチ！
ごはんは小盛ですがおかわり自由。
焼鮭はジューシーでさすがの火入れ具合。
茄子ひき肉あんかけは、優しい出汁の餡に生姜の香りがあってすごく好みの味付け。
お母さんたちの優しい接客と、料理人さんの丁寧な接客も心地よく最高のランチタイムとなりました。
銀座らしい和食ランチといったら三亀さん！と言っていいほどの内容と接客。
4名以上で奥の座敷席も予約可能なので幅広いシーンで利用できます。
