事務所勤務のある日、ふと、余り魚料理のお店を開拓できていない事と、有楽町ビル・新有楽町ビルに変わる場所の開拓もできていない事に気付き、少し足を伸ばしてこちらのお店へ。
落ち着いた佇まいのお店で、お昼時は予約のお客さんでいっぱいになってしまう事もあるようです。
（この時も、食べ終わってお店から出てくると、入り口に、予約のお客さんでいっぱいの為、飛び込みのお客さんのランチは終了の旨が書いてありました…ギリセーフでした）
価格帯も1,500円前後から、と少しだけお高め（相場を無視すれば、の話です）。
カウンター席に通して頂き、さば塩焼定食 1,400円を注文。QRコードを読み取って注文します。
出して頂いたお茶を飲みながら、7分程でしょうか、到着。
ご飯、主菜、お椀、香の物、小鉢、からなります。
さばの塩焼は、かなり分厚いものが2切れ、大根おろしと、レモンが添えてあります。
（こういうお店では、カボスが添えられているのが多いイメージでした）
お箸を入れると、皮ごと、パリッと切る事ができます。
そして身はふっくら。いや、ふっっくら、くらいでしょうか。塩加減も良い感じです。
ご飯が進んでしまい、一切れ食べ終わる頃には無くなってしまいました。
確認はしなかったのですが、ご飯とお味噌汁はおかわり自由という有り難いサービス付きなのだそうですが、量が結構有り、2切れ目はご飯無しで頂きました。
（最初はほとんど当たらなかったので気付きませんでしたが、骨は抜いてないので、そこはご注意下さい）
こちらのビルは、他にも美味しそうなお店が沢山有りました。
職場からは少し歩きますが、良い場所を見つけたなぁ。
