10/24の12:00に取引先と3名で来店。店舗は日生劇場の地下1階にあります。階段をくだり、お店に入ると、ワインセラーがお出迎え。店内は少し暗めで、暖かいライトがテーブル席を照らし出す優雅な空間演出がされていました。
以下のコースでご予約いただいたようです。
【ランチコース 秋】本日の魚介、黒毛和牛の炭火焼きなど全6品
～お料理内容～
■本日の前菜盛り合わせ
茶碗蒸しのような蓋付きの器を開けると、お豆腐の上に小魚や小ネギなどがきれいに乗せられて見た目がきれい。傍に添えられた、パテもドライフルーツ入りでこってり感を軽減してくれます。
■お造り盛り合わせ
タイの昆布締め、マグロ、カツオ
つまの芸が細かいです。単なる大根ではなく、紫蘇味にされていたり、茹でほうれん草が添えられていました。
■本日の魚介料理
サクッとした白身魚のフライに、卵の餡がかけてあります。出汁が効いていて美味しかった。
■黒毛和牛の炭火焼き
赤みだけれど柔らかい。ゆず風味のソースと赤い粒々のソースの2種類でいただきました。4切れだったけど大満足。
■季節の鉄釜飯、香の物、味噌汁
ご飯はお魚の入ったかやくご飯、お味噌汁は青さ入り。白菜のお漬けもの。
■本日のデザート、コーヒー又は紅茶
次のアポがあり、食べることができなかった(大泣)
もー、今回は食事中に写真を一枚も撮ることができず、さらに別件のアポでデザートにもたどり着けず、残念でした。でもお食事はどれも美味しくて、いずれのお品物とてもきれいな盛り付け。店員さんも親切で丁寧な接客でした。
もっと時間のある時にゆっくりと食事を堪能したいです。美味しかった。絶対またうかがいます！ごちそうさまでした。
