昔の仲間で宴会。場所は有楽町イトシア。有楽町イトシアと丸井は一緒と思ってましたが別棟なんですね。3階に上がってお店へ。窓が大きな個室はゆったりしてます。
本日は6700円でプレミアム飲み放題付のコースです。
最初は前菜5種盛り合わせ。小松菜の辛子浸しと菜の花と甲斐路軍鶏の梅たたき和えは小鉢に。どちらも上品な味付け。梅たたき和えは梅が味付けとして使われて、酸味などが主張せず美味しい。別皿の雪肌豆腐の冷奴は豆が濃厚と言うより、もっちりもち肌の豆腐です。姫さざえの旨煮は貝から外しやすく食べやすい。これだけでもお酒が進みます。流石サントリー系ダイナックのお店。プレミアムモルツのきめ細やかな泡、薄いグラスとも大変満足度高く、２杯行っちゃいました。
ここからは知多のハイボール。プレミアム飲み放題の価値あります。個室にボトルを置いて頂いて、ハイボールを作って頂いたり、足りなければ自分たちで作ったり自由です。
お刺身の3点盛りは中トロにカンパチ、鰹。薬味が凝っているとかはありませんが刺身の角がしっかりして美味い。
やまゆりポークと新玉ねぎの香味醤油焼き、あいなめの揚げだし、若芽とうるいの酢味噌がけと続きますが、一つも定番居酒屋ツマミメニューではなく、一手間かかってます。
締めは湘南しらすの焼きおにぎり茶漬け。一口サイズの焼きおにぎりに出汁をかけて、香ばしくサラサラと。
デザートの杏仁豆腐はおじさんには不要でした。
美味しい酒とツマミ。大変満足度の高いコースでした。部屋も良いですからライトな接待向きです。
