黒毛和牛焼きしゃぶと石釜炊きコシヒカリ
イトシアの3階にある響、再訪です
こちらは、外の景色は今ひとつなんですが、駅近だしサービスはとても良いので気に入ってます
ご飯を炊いてもらっておいて、途中は飲みながらつまみ、最後はご飯とおかずで〆る、という算段なのですが、この日は3品で酒を飲み、4品目でご飯という目論見でした
ビールは香るエールでいいですね！
先付けは、真鯛とカリカリ梅の汁と、スナップエンドウの喜界島のゴマ和え
響のおきまり盛り合わせ、塩カツオが美味しかった
シラスと芹の卵焼き
春キャベツと筍 アンチョビオイルオーブン焼き
黒毛和牛焼きしゃぶ、これでご飯を食べようと思ってた
この順に配膳されました、この時点でご飯はまだのようなので、知多ハイボールを追加
10分ほどして石釜炊きコシヒカリがやってきました
ということで、タイミング合いませんでした
多分、ご飯のおかずは追加注文の方がいいんでしょうね
厨房でコントロールしてくれればいいのに
和食とワイン
イトシアの3階にある響を利用しました
かなりゆったりとしたテーブル配置で、広くてゆっくりできる感じです
窓側は電車と隣のビルの看板なので、席は中の方でもいいのではないでしょうか
とりあえずビール、ここも香るエールでナイスです、を飲んでいると、胡麻和えの実演がありました
汐留の響は何度か利用してるので、メニューには見覚えがありましたので、バランスよく注文できたかな
お刺身盛り合わせ、能登寄せ豆腐、十四種野菜のサラダ 林檎ドレッシング、黒毛和牛サーロイン・赤身肉ステーキ２種食べ比べ
ワインは甲州にしてみました
日本のワインは、特に甲州は美味しいですよね
お刺身は、ぶり、きんめ、まだい、ほんまぐろ、つぶと、いいところがのってますw
ステーキ2種のサーロインはほぼ脂ですね、旨いけど
〆は、赤ワインでラングドックをグラスでもらって、
ハムカツをアテました
料理は安定の響ですね、満足
