ディナーで訪問。
こちらのお店以外スナックのみ、というビルの2階にあります。
中に入ると、カウンターには常連と思われる方と夜の女性の組み合わせが2組と、座敷に賑やかな4人組。
土地柄かな？と思いながら席につきます。
特に何も言われずに料理スタート。
・烏賊の塩辛、じゃことレタスのサラダ （お通し？）
・マコガレイの刺身
・マグロ、タコ、北寄貝、平貝、ツブ貝、数の子の刺身
・茶豆
・鰹、鯵の刺身
・稚鮎の天ぷら
・甘鯛の塩焼き （これは美味しかった）
ここから握りへ
・玉
・鮎魚女
・烏賊 （種類不明、塩で。）
・赤貝
・小肌
・雲丹
・いくら
・中トロ
・のどぐろの炙り （撮るの忘れた）
・あさりの味噌汁
全体を通して、素材やネタは普通。
特にひと手間や工夫はありません。
たまたまかもしれませんが、賑やかで、寿司居酒屋が正直な印象。
銀座という土地代を含めても、値段は相応〜やや高めかなぁと。
最後、お弟子さんがエレベーター閉まるまでしっかりと頭を下げてくれたのが1番記憶に残ります。
