食べログで口コミ点数高い店は、軒並み人気となり、にぎわっているため、
静かに飲みたい自分としては避けたいところ。
むしろ、まだ口コミすくないけど、美味しいこれからの店！を探すのが好きな自分です。
さて銀座を歩きながら酒井を発見。
まだ食べログ口コミ3件程度だがどれも好評。
ちゃれんじで入店！
上品なカウンター１０数席に、奥に堀座敷2テーブルもあってなかなか広い。
土曜日20時ころということもあり、30代男女が１組だけ。
大将一人と、若手数名で運営。
結論は、味よし、店舗よし、若手礼儀よし、CPよし。
すぐに再訪予約してしまいました。
オーダーは、おまかせ＋生ビール2杯。
お通し、おつまみお刺身（5-6品）、アワビとタコの甘煮、太刀魚塩焼き。
鮨６－８カンくらい（正確な数忘れた）、巻物がトロタク1本。
普通にだべる40代ですが、腹9分目手前までいきました。
つまみおいしく、鮨も上品。
それでいて、上記ビール2杯いれても消費税込で15,000円。
これは銀座のこのレベルと量、質のお店としてはかなりCP高い。
とても良いお店です。
あまり書くと、また人気でてしまって騒がしくなると行きたくなくなるので、そこそこのご繁盛を(笑）
