妻のバースデーでずっといきたかったサローネグループの旗艦店のサローネ東京へ
バースデーの店悩みに悩みましたが、今年はイタリアへ新婚旅行へ行く予定なので、予習も兼ねてこちらにしました！
イタリアンの高級コース料理ってあまりイメージなくないです？イタリアンってパスタとピザとその他諸々な気軽に食べられるヨーロッパの美味い料理だよね(褒めてます)
というイメージなので、高級イタリアンのコース料理がどんなもんか、気になります
一品目の茹でだこが、ボイルしてあるのに生の食感で、シチリアを想像させる爽やかなオリーブオイル風味、そこにシャンパンを流し込むと、一気にボルテージが上がります
2品目以降も目で見て楽しい、食べて見て絶品…どれも手の込んだ料理。ふとするとフレンチを食べてるような感覚に陥ります、それくらい手が込んでいて繊細な料理が続くのです
ソムリエとの小話も楽しく、勉強になりました
グルメな奥さんもこの店を気に入ってくれたみたいで大変良かったです
店内も混雑しておらず、そこそこ静かで優雅な時間が流れる中での食事、バースデーや記念日にぴったりだなぁ〜と思います

この年は忙しい年になりそうなので、夫婦仲良く健康に過ごしていこうと決意を新たにしました
