日比谷ミッドタウン3階にあります「そばがみ」さんへ行って参りました！
数日前に平日11時30分の予約を取りました。12時帯はほぼ満席でしたので、予約がオススメと思います！
3階の奥の方へ進むとカジュアルな感じから急に高級感ある和風な佇まいのそばがみさんがありました！
予約で「鳥コース」を頂きました！
ドリンクはアイスそば茶を頂きました！
サービスでそばがみの日本酒も頂きました！口当たりが良くて、とても飲みやすかったです！
前菜から一品一品丁寧で優しい味付けで美味しく癒されます！
山形県産のそばは香り風味がとても良く、喉ごしも良くて、そばつゆも激旨で最高でした！
白濁としてめちゃめちゃクリーミーで濃厚な蕎麦湯はとても感動しました！
追加で「カラスミそば」を頂きました！
まぜそばやパスタ感覚の激旨な逸品でした！
〆のデザートのわらび餅も甘過ぎず丁度良い味で美味しかったです！
本格的な日本蕎麦を頂けて「そばがみ」さんはオススメですよね！
神谷さんという事で和食も素晴らしいです！
次回は別のコースやメニューも食べてみたいと思います！
