●さば銀 帝劇店
ども、二日酔い飯です。またまたやってきました。日比谷は帝劇下にある飲食店街！色々なお店があるので、ちょっと開拓してみようと思っていたのですが。ランチタイムちょっと外して遅めに来てみたら案外しまっているお店がちらほら。そんな中空いているお店を探していると、名前からして魚のお店な「さば銀」を発見。最近あまり魚食べてない気もしてきたのでこちらに決定！
時間もずれているので、ガラガラ。と思っていたんですが、自分がちょうど入店したあたりからちらほらお客さんが。
みんな空いているお店を探しに来たんでしょうね^^

“さば銀”というだけあって、サバの料理が多いですね。あとは沖縄料理もちらほらとあるみたいですね。
時間も遅かったので、もうすでに終わっているものがいくつかあるなかで、今回は鯖ごまさば丼をチョイス。
●鯖ごまさば丼
鯖ごまさば丼。ごま鯖丼なんじゃなくて鯖でごまを挟んでいるのには何か理由があるのだろうか。
なんて思いながらしばらく待っていると鯖ごまさば丼が登場。

色が随分と黒っぽいですね^^
ごま鯖がご飯にかかった丼。ひとくち食べてみると、うーん。
ごまと鯖がよく絡み合って美味しいんですが、味わいの向こうの方にちょっとした生臭さが。
まぁ、鯖だから生臭いのはしょうがないといえばしょうがないけどちょっと気になっちゃいました。
味噌汁がついていますが、全体的な量はちょっと少なめ。
まぁ、でも日比谷で1000円ですからね、お値打ちなんじゃないかと思います。
●ごちそうさまでした！
というわけで、日比谷の地下で鯖ごまさば丼を食べてみたのですが、わかんないけどこのお店だと火を通した鯖料理のほうが良いのかもしれませんね^^;”さば銀”って名前だったからちょっと期待していたのですが残念！逆に沖縄料理のほうが美味しいということもあるかもしれないので、機会があればチャレンジしてみたいなと思いました。
