地味にアタリの魚メシ
週明けのお昼時
実は、今朝出勤途中にぎっくり腰が出来して、職場にも常備してあるコルセットで応急処置をしているこの私
よちよち歩きでやってきたのは有楽町電気ビルの地下にある「穂＜みのり＞」というお店です
週明けだから魚メシということもあるけれど、“炊き立て羽釜飯”というのがもともと気になっていたこちら
魚のいない水槽を横目に見ながら店内に入り、案内された席に着いて、まずはメニューを検めます
見れば「刺身五種盛定食」なんていうものにも目が行きますが、今日はどちらかというと焼き魚の気分
「本日の焼き魚定食(880円)」のネタは何かと見れば、「サケ」と「サワラ」かぁ
うーん
身の食感がパサついたイメージがあるサワラはそれほど好きな魚ではない一方、サケはサケで、北海道生まれの私にとっては朝食にいただく魚という刷り込みがあるからなぁ
どっちもどっちといったところで悩ましいけれど、「サワラの西京焼き」の方にして、「ちょい刺身(120円)」を添えてみるとしますか
ふと真横のカウンターの前を見上げれば、まるでお店のシンボルのように羽釜が置かれていますが、これはディスプレイなのかな
一方、正面を見れば、酒と酒肴の組み合わせについてのおすすめの板書
こちら、夜の部では酒と肴にそれなりにこだわりがありそうなお店のようです
さて、ややあってやってきた「サワラの西京焼き」の焼き魚定食と「ちょい刺身」
いただいてみれば、サワラはやはりパサつき気味の食感だけれど美味しくいただけるし、刺身の方もまずまずです
それにも増して美味しく感じるのは“炊き立て羽釜飯”というごはん
加えて“味噌と鮮魚と純米酒”と冠するだけあって、味噌汁も美味い
まあ、このあたりはキャッチフレーズに引きずられてありがたがっているという部分もなきにしもあらずではありますがね
ちなみに、卓上に置かれた怪しげな壺の中身は“ごはんのおとも味噌”
試しにいただいてみれば、なるほどごはんによく合いますね
総じて、こちら、ごはんと味噌汁が美味しくいただけるお店といったところだけれど、和食ではそれが一番大事なポイント
週明けから地味にアタリの魚メシだったな

例によってフィッシュマンデーな気分で迎えた週明けのお昼時
最近日比谷方面まで進出するようになってから、魚がいただけそうなお店の心当たりもずいぶん増えたけれど、それはそれとして再訪課題を一つひとつ着実にクリアしていくことも大切です
今日は天気もいいし、地下ルートで行けるお店の再訪課題はいずれ雨の日にということでもいいなと丸の内仲通りを歩いてやってきたのは有楽町電気ビルの地下にある「穂＜みのり＞」
こちら、前回いただいた“炊き立て羽釜飯”というごはんと味噌汁がとても美味しかったという記憶があって、今度はそのごはんを刺身でいただいてみたくなっての再訪です
店内に入って案内されたカウンター席に着いて私がオーダーしたのは前回次点にした「刺身定食(1,200円)」
で、ややあってやってきた「刺身定食」一式
いただいてみれば、刺身は厚切りで鮮度もいいけれど、それにも増して美味しいのがごはんと味噌汁
別におかずが足りていないわけではないけれど、怪しげな壺に入った塩分強目の「ごはんのおとも味噌」でごはんをいただくのもこちらでの楽しみです
ごはんと味噌汁は和食の基本
これが美味しいというのは何物にも代えがたいお店の強みだよな
