We offer a wide variety of products, including winter Kobako crab delivered directly from the production area, ginseng delivered from Nagano, and milt from Sanriku and Hokkaido. Tentei always pursues seasonal fish by changing the source of the same type of fish according to the seasonal changes in water temperature.

The oil is “Taiko Sesame Oil Gokusu”. Lightly roasted and pressed from high-quality sesame seeds, it has a clear amber color and an elegant aroma. By mixing a little corn oil, we bring out the flavor of the ingredients and batter.

A filling yet light Ten-don (tempura rice bowl) with carefully selected ingredients such as tempura, rice, and soup. We use seeds of the same quality as the tempura course.
