新橋、赤レンガ通りと日比谷通りの中間地帯にあります割烹。良く通る路地にあり、ランチの営業はないと思っておりましたが、ランチの営業をされており、食べログ上も通常営業のようです。新橋価格ではないランチメニュー四種類から、鮭イクラ丼1200円最廉価を頼みますと、アクリル板仕切りのカウンター席の冷房、除菌マシンのある席をご案内頂きましたが、換気の良いカウンター席にて、銘柄焼酎の瓶を眺めながら待ちますこと７分で、おしぼり、冷茶、醤油に続いて、お盆が来ます。箸置きに置かれた箸を使い、上等山葵で錦糸玉子と鮭とイクラの三色丼を頂きますと、ご飯は温かく、酢飯ではありません。鮭は時鮭らしいですが、半炙りで、柔らかいですし、錦糸玉子は本格的。前菜も割烹風に素敵な感じですが、アラ汁が温いのはアララでした滞在時間14分です。
