内幸町界隈でぼっちランチを食べることに。
季節料理以志井さんに初訪問してみました。
中に入るとカウンターがあり更にその奥に
お座敷があるのがわかります。
お店の大将がいて修行中らしき店員さんが
板場にいるというランチでないとなかなか
来られないような割烹的雰囲気があります。
そんな中、
三種丼 1,300円税込
をオーダーしてみました。
待つこと数分で提供。
炙りサーモン、えんがわ、炙りかんぱちと
いうラインナップ。
おかずはマカサラ、たまご焼き、お○んこ、
ぶりと牛蒡の煮付けという豪華なスタイル。
豆腐のおみおつけは胃に染み渡るやさしい
味わいです。
えんがわは脂が乗っていてめちゃ( ﾟДﾟ)ｳﾏｰ
炙りサーモンもかんぱちも厚みがあって
すごいちゃんとした海鮮丼です。
炙りはちゃんと炙り焼きでバーナーでやる
タイプよりも芳ばしさがしっかり感じます。
ご飯は酢飯でお昼にちょうどいい分量です。
豆腐のおみおつけは優しい味わいでした。
おばんざいも全部が美味しくてペロリンガ。
ごちそうさまでした。
1,300円税込はランチとしてはなかなかの
お値段ですがたまにはいいかなと。
