当時四半期に一回全国主要取引先が東京に集まるときは必ず利用させてもらっていました。
新橋エリアで飛び込みで入ったお店が以志井だったことがきっかけでしたが、お店の雰囲気や低y攻される料理の質の高さにﾒﾝﾊﾞｰ全員ほれ込んでしまい、それ以降主要メンバーが東京に来る際の懇親会会場として利用させてもらってました。
中でも時間はかかりますが、ここの鯛めしは最高級の味でこれまで食べた鯛めしが霞んでしまうほど上質な旨さのあるおいしい鯛めしでした。
