I visited Mr. Ishii for the first time in a long time while having dinner with a customer. This is a rare shop in Tokyo where you can enter directly from Abashiri's fishermen without going through Toyosu. Of course, this is the fishing course in Abashiri that I requested on this day. I was so absorbed in the business meeting that I missed taking pictures of some things, but the large grilled saury fish, bonito flakes, black squid, sea urchin, and red sea bream were all delicious. Shrimp sweet potato with yuba bean paste, one big 40cm long simmered fish per person from Abashiri, my favorite fish, and the liver of the fish was a delicacy, but I was prepared for gout. Drinks will go well with homemade Chinese radish. We also received two refills of the sea bream rice to finish the meal, and the business negotiations were fruitful. Thank you for the meal!
