銀座8丁目の端っこ銀座ナイン地下にある和食店。夜はふぐなどを扱うお店だそうですがお昼は天ぷら定食・天丼の2種のみで営業されています。
意外と穴場なお店ながらもそれほど大きな店ではないため、お客さんのタイミング次第ですぐ入れるかかなり待つか分かれそう。
○天丼
海老2尾、イカ、茄子、蓮根、南瓜、牛蒡のかき揚げ。
どれもいい素材がしっかりと味わえる、丁寧なつくりの天ぷらです。衣は軽めでサクッとした好みのタイプ。
タレもちょうどいい。
出汁の効いた豆腐と油揚げの味噌汁、小皿からはみ出んばかりのたくさんの浅漬けがセットです。
丁寧なお料理であることを感じる天丼でした。
料理人の方の姿勢が見えますね。
