Every morning, we use carefully selected domestic eels from Kyushu and Shizuoka Prefecture that are sent directly from an eel wholesaler. We don't make anything in advance, and we only prepare the food after an order is placed, so you can enjoy the deliciousness of freshly made food. The traditional sauce, which has been passed down from the previous generation, uses Aioi Mirin, and is characterized by its elegant sweetness and refreshing taste. The eel grilled using an infrared grill has a fluffy and fluffy texture. Please enjoy the taste of a long-established restaurant that has been passed down since the Taisho era.

We recommend the ``Jidori Oyakoju'' (local chicken with eel and two signs). We always have 6 types of sake available and 2 types depending on the season. The seasonal ``Tsururei Honjozo'' from Niigata Prefecture is a tanrei umakuchi honjozo that emphasizes the flavor of the rice and retains a strong flavor. Haneya Junmaishu from Toyama Prefecture is characterized by its fresh sourness and mellow flavor. The popular ``Dassai Junmai Daiginjo'' is an exquisite drink with a clear taste and soft, delicate aroma. The current owner is the third generation. Since the year before last, the owner's son has been working as the fourth generation. We will pass on the taste of our long-established restaurant to future generations, so as not to extinguish the light of tradition passed down from generation to generation from our grandfathers. Inside the restaurant, both table seats and tatami mats are spacious, allowing you to enjoy your meal in peace. Courses are also available for spring welcome and farewell parties and dinners.
