新橋、SL広場の脇のビルの４階にあります北海道料理のお店でランチ。新宿と銀座のお店には、昭和から平成初期にお世話になりましたが、新橋は初のような気がします。ＨＰを見て、鰊焼き定食920円の気分で参りましたものの、店頭のサンプルに、鰊と鮭の二点盛り焼魚定食900円があり、宗旨替えし、先客１名のカウンター席に案内され、席も指定されます。僅か３分で来ましたトレイには、お新香、昆布の佃煮の載ったご飯、鮭の石狩汁、ポテトサラダ。石狩汁には、卓上の一味唐辛子を使い、焼魚のオロシには醤油。鰊は味噌漬け焼き、鮭は塩焼き、オロシの横にポテトがあるのが、北海道風でしょうか。お味は満足です。５％還元店なのでキャッシュレスでお支払し、滞在時間13分でした。
