“ご商売としての炉端焼きは仙台が発祥”という説のある炉端焼き。仙台loverのわたくし、「炉端焼き！」とテンション⤴︎でお邪魔したのですが…
普通ぅ〜〜〜の居酒屋さんでした。
焼きのお料理もスタッフさんがサーブしてくださいます。お通しいただいたのがオープンキッチン目の前のカウンターのお席だったので、肩透かし食っちゃった感じ。大きなしゃもじでお料理をお出しいただけたらまた違った印象なのかも。
昨年お邪魔したお店。所謂忘備録です(^^;;
この日はツレではなく気の置けない知人とのサシ呑みで。アテンド&ゴチそう様でした♪な居酒屋さん。新橋駅から直ぐの『うだつ』さんでございます。
スタッフさんたちはとても佳きd(^_^o)感じも距離感も程よい感じ。
お花摘みスペースも数回行きましたが都度クリーンだったのは素晴らしい！
こちらのお店はこのご時世で全席喫煙可能という稀有なお店。即ちお子ちゃまが入店不可という事。私としては嬉しいポイント♡だったりします。
なのですが。お料理もドリンクも特筆することが本ッ当〜に無い。決して美味しくない訳ではないんですよ。文句のつけどころもないんです。むしろ平均以上。
((º艸º;;)ｿｳｲｴﾊﾞ…サービスでいただいたインカの目覚めは美味ちぃ♡かったです♪イカの塩辛が添えられていましたがバターもたっぷり乗っていたのでそのままで充分美味ちぃ♡塩辛と合わせるよりも単体の方が私にはpreference。塩辛単体でいただきましたがそちらも塩辛過ぎず佳きアテになりました。
きゅうりの飾り切りが“ちょいupper”な？

悪い印象は1㎜も無いんだけどなぁ。
素っ気ないレビューなのですが本心でございましてσ(^_^;) 私的にはeverything is normalでした。
お相手と擦り合わせた結果も“普通ぅ〜〜〜の居酒屋さん”という意見の一致でございました。
食べログ過信し過ぎちゃったパターン？ハードルが⤴︎⤴︎⤴︎⤴︎⤴︎だったのでしょうかねぇ？
決していただけないお店では無かった！！のは伝わると嬉しい♡これ幸いです。
