八丈島に漁船を持つ民宿が経営母体とのこと。
銀座中央通りのスワロフスキーが入るビルの7F。中央通りに面しての座敷を予約。
男4人での飲み会で花がない分、食事内容は充実していた。
1杯目は生ビール(小)にしておき、2杯目から焼酎に切り替え。
「黄八丈」という黄麹の入った麦焼酎。これを、明日葉茶で割る。ここの氷は全て球状なので溶けにくく、
こういう割ものにも向く。しかも明日葉茶割りは、飲みやすいため、盃が進む。
料理は、明日葉のお浸しとバイ貝。 お浸しはゴマ風タレ、バイ貝は特大で美味い。
造りは6点ほどが銘銘で来たが、天気がよく漁に行けていれば舟盛りで来るとのこと。
焼き物はマグロのトロ部分の西京焼き。
小鉢、スッポンの煮凝り、クラゲ和え、スルメイカの幼体バライカ。
煮物は、大根・茄子・牛蒡に鯛を合わせて焚き合わせ、エンドウと白髪ネギを。
どの野菜も鯛も、しゅんでて美味い。
明日葉の天ぷらと鱧の天ぷら。 鱧が食卓に上がると夏を感じる。
締めに島寿司2貫、デザートで満腹だった。
