知人の紹介で、日曜日のランチに予約して伺いました。場所は新橋駅銀座口から汐留方面に向かい、銀座通りを渡ってポルシェのショールームを右折、同じ建物もう少し奥に入口があります。
茗荷谷のイタリアン、タンタローバの系列店で、元々ビストロだったのが、2022年9月に改装してリストランテになったそうです。内装はポルシェ一色でした。
Planzo Speciale(税込10,000円)をお願いしました。
前菜は3種でクリームチーズのマカロン、芋(種類は憶えられず)でトリュフを挟んでキャビアを載せたもの、アーモンドを使った品で、どれも上品で美味しかったです。
勝浦産の鰹の藁焼きには生姜のソースが添えてありました。スモーク感があって良かったです。
桃のスープはチーズと共に頂きます。爽やかなようでいて濃厚さもあり、不思議な感じでした。
タリアテッレはシコシコで、ポルチーニ茸の香り高く好みでした。
鹿肉のリガトーニはラグーソースで、マーガオの香りが時折スパイシーに、そして爽やかに変化させてくれます。意外な組み合わせですね。
赤牛のミスジのステーキは柔らかく、脂も少なめで美味しく頂きました。
ドルチェはグラスフェッドミルクで作ったソフトクリームで、雑味を感じさせない濃厚なミルク感がありました。プリントされたポルシェのエンブレムも面白いですね。また小菓子としてポルシェの車のチョコレートもつきます。
お料理もサービスも大変満足しました。繰り返し来たくなるお店です。
