PR for restaurants |
A popular bar in Shinbashi that specializes in high-quality ingredients and requires reservations! We offer private rooms for 2 to 16 people!
A dining experience based on Japanese cuisine with a touch of Spanish and Italian flavors. We offer a wide range of menu items, from tapas to main dishes, which can be enjoyed with wine. Platinum Fish |
I had lunch in Shinbashi today. I came to Shinbashi because there was a restaurant I was looking for that was scheduled to open today, but it seems that the opening preparations were not completed in time. The construction was still going on. That meant I had to find another restaurant. I found this while walking down an alley in Karasumori. What caught my eye was a sign that said "Lunch is half price for two days only, today and tomorrow." It seems that the special price is because they are starting lunch service today. As the name of the restaurant suggests, this is a Western-style Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). I hesitated to go in because I wondered what the food would be like, but I thought it would be okay if I could have lunch for just 500 yen, so I went in. When I went in, there were seven beer servers on the counter. There were countless wine glasses hanging from the ceiling as interior decoration. There were four counter seats, two six-person tables, and four two-person tables. The two-person tables were lined up in pairs to make a four-person seating area. I was shown to one of the four-person seats. There were no customers there, probably because I was the first customer of the day, or rather the first customer for lunch service. The staff's attitude was strange, and they ignored me for a while, so I called someone on my smartphone for a while. After the phone call, he came over and said "I'm sorry," but there was no menu, so I was wondering what to do next. I took the lead in taking orders by saying, "The menu only has Set A and Set B, right? I can choose one, right?" (laughs) Set A is a pasta set. Set B allows you to choose fish or meat. Pasta can take a while, so I chose meat from Set B. So, what will come out? After a while, a small plate of salad, bread, and olive oil was brought. I wanted to take a photo of the main Meat Dishes, so I waited. After waiting for about three minutes, a staff member brought a white plate. "Tongue stew!" he said. After taking the planned photo, I ate the tongue stew with a spoon in my hand. The stew had a strong flavor. It wasn't a rich flavor, but the seasoning was strong. It was a little salty. It was served with mashed potatoes, so I used them to dilute the strong flavor. There were more cube-sized tongue pieces than I expected. It was quite chewy. It was different from my image of the tongue in tongue stew. I think stews vary widely in taste depending on who makes them. Young people would probably enjoy this strong flavor. As I finished the tongue stew, the staff member asked me, "Would you like some yuzu sorbet?" There was no explanation like that at first. "Oh, can I have some sorbet? If so, please." The cold, sour and sweet sorbet was refreshing. The regular price is 1,000 yen, but this time it was only 500 yen. I have rated it as the regular price.
