Southern Italian Cuisine cuisine made by a chef with 20 years of experience

Chef: Hideaki Saito After graduating from Musashino Culinary Institute, he started his career and soon encountered Italian cuisine. He was so fascinated by it that he trained at an Italian restaurant in Hiroo. He continued to hone his skills at various Italian restaurants and now has a career spanning 20 years.
