I've been working in Shiodome since then, and I've been going to Shinbashi more often, but on this day I was invited to Italian Cuisine bar at Karasumoriguchi, so I was the first to arrive. It's a real hideaway on the second floor of a building. I love these kinds of Italian Cuisine bars. It's a small, cute place with a counter and sofa seats. The owner has a selection of wines that he has carefully selected, so you can enjoy them by pairing them with your wine. The food is authentic Italian Cuisine, but there are many dishes that make the most of the ingredients. They pair the cheese with jam made from the fruits used to make sangria. This goes really well with any cheese. The anchovy and butter bruschetta, Prosciutto and butter bruschetta, and the tempranillo go down really well. When I was a little tipsy, I had a truffle-flavored omelette. The fluffy eggs, the rich aroma of truffles, and the saltiness of Prosciutto were irresistible. I could eat as much as I wanted (lol). And as the wine was still flowing, the shorthorn beef tagliata I ordered arrived. A masterpiece where the chef has made the lean meat juicy! This is amazing. Not only is it seasoned, but the tagliata is thick and juicy, whereas many restaurants slice it very thinly! But it's soft, so you can eat it all in one go, and it's honestly super delicious. Not only stylish alcohol, but also plum pickled Chuhai (Shochu cocktail) is available for 500 yen, which is great for drinkers lol. For the final carbohydrate, I had my favorite cacio e pepe. The portion is huge♪Even if four people share it, it's satisfying. Not only does it look good, but it's also topped with finely chopped black olives and plenty of Parmesan and black pepper. As expected! For dessert, I had the chef's homemade tiramisu. It was rich, but also smooth and fluffy in the mouth. It was a truly adult taste. I also noticed later that Tabelog also offers a course with an all-you-can-drink deal, so I'd like to book one of them when the year-end party season comes around.
